For those seeking a more flexible experience, we offer the possibility to compose your own à la carte menu by selecting dishes from our tasting menus (except for the Dry Aged menus).
Each dish is designed to enhance high-quality ingredients through refined techniques and harmonious pairings, while staying true to the philosophy of our cuisine.
